La Pérdida de la Inocencia es una película dirigida por David Schwimmer, su segundo largometraje después de la ejecución 2007 de Run Fatboy. Se estrenó en el Festival de Cine Internacional de Toronto 2010. Una historia con moraleja sobre los depredadores de Internet, y los peligros de conocer a alguien de una sala de chat en línea. Suena un poco como una versión dramática del siluro y no el tipo de película que suele ir, pero me decidí a verlo después de escuchar algunas de las críticas generalmente buenas.
Empieza bastante interesante, pero sufre de más de dramatismo y una historia sin pulir del todo que se pierde en la última mitad de la película. Tiene un par de buenos puntos, aunque, recién llegada Liana Liberato da un rendimiento impresionante como Annie, la víctima de 14 años, en lo que podría ser el comienzo de una carrera muy prometedora, y la secuencia donde se encuentra con ‘Charlie’ a su novio en línea está muy bien hecho y es una de las más incómodas de ver piezas de cine que he encontrado en un rato.
